Ruby Mountain Wine-Soaked Cheddar

Our Champion Mill Cheddar but with a little twist. The beautiful coloring and presentation is the result of soaking the wheel in a Colorado Merlot. This cheese starts smooth and creamy, with a nutty then slight sharp bite and finishes with lingering depth and character.
